Justice & Opportunity is where MAD confronts the structural barriers that lock people out of housing, work, and stability long after they've tried to move forward. Move the Box clears criminal records and opens doors that should never have been closed. We are expanding this work into workforce development and financial empowerment, building the pathways that systems were never designed to provide.

Move the Box

A mobile justice navigation initiative that meets people through outreach and walks them through expungement screening, record clearance, and reentry support. Since October 2025, MAD has completed more than 100 legal engagements. Through our partnership with the Franklin County Tap In Center, neighbors have also been able to access warrant clearance support at shared outreach and pop-up events.

Workforce Development

Programs designed to prepare, train, and connect neighbors with sustainable employment opportunities that match their goals and skills.
