We're Hiring: Outreach Specialist

We’re excited to share that we’re hiring a new Outreach Specialist to join our small-but-mighty team. This is more than a job - it’s a calling to be part of a community-centered movement that’s rewriting what support looks like for neighbors facing homelessness, poverty, and systemic barriers.

The Outreach Specialist will serve as a frontline connector, relationship-builder, and advocate. You'll walk alongside folks who are often overlooked, helping them access services like housing, mental health support, legal aid, and healthcare. From conducting on-the-ground needs assessments to linking people with life-saving resources, you’ll be part of the human bridge between survival and stability.

What we’re looking for:

• Someone who can build trust and show up consistently, especially in unconventional settings

• A strong communicator who believes in person-centered, trauma-informed care

• Experience with or understanding of homelessness, poverty, and resource navigation (lived experience is welcomed and valued)

• Comfortable working independently in the field and collaborating closely with service providers

• Willing to roll up their sleeves, whether it’s loading up the van or problem-solving through a complicated system

This is a full-time role ($45,000–$50,000 annually), with generous PTO, medical/dental coverage, and hybrid work flexibility.
