Community Wellness Pop-Up Care Village Presented in partnership with Molina Healthcare, Cultivate, and The Columbus Foundation

Monday, April 13 | 11am – 2pm Milo-Grogan Community Rec Center | 862 E. Second Ave.

Join us for a free community event designed to bring comfort, care, and resources to our neighbors experiencing homelessness, housing insecurity, and other need.

Free on-site: Free food, haircuts and shaves (limited appointments), clothing, NARCAN, and phones (limited supply, must qualify, includes Caption phones)

Services and partners on-site: Health insurance enrollment with Humana, Molina Healthcare, CareSource, and Anthem; expungement support for Franklin County cases; HIV and Hep C testing; housing resources through Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority; benefits navigation; risk reduction and overdose prevention materials; and free caption phones

No appointment needed. Come as you are.
