People experiencing homelessness are not waiting to be helped. They are navigating a system that is fragmented, slow, and often designed in ways that make progress harder rather than easier. MAD Solutions exists to change that experience for the individuals we work with.

Our team meets guests wherever they are: on the street, in a shelter, at a pop-up event. We build trust first. Then we get to work. That might mean replacing a lost ID, connecting someone to recovery services, navigating a housing application, or coordinating with a partner to unlock a benefit that's been pending for months. We do not hand people a referral list and wish them luck. We stay in it.

The barriers are specific. Our response is specific. That is what makes this work move.
