People experiencing homelessness spend a lot of time waiting on systems that don't talk to each other: a shelter list, a benefits office, a housing application, a court date. Each one takes paperwork, patience, and time most people don't have to spare. MAD Solutions closes those gaps, one person at a time.

Our team meets neighbors where they are: on the street, in a shelter, at a pop-up event. We build trust first, then get to work together. That might mean replacing a lost ID, connecting someone to recovery support, walking through a housing application, or following up on a benefit that's been stuck for months. We stay with people past that first conversation, through however long it takes.
